Extension of the bathing landscape in the Villa Westerberge A 1913 villa was extended by a building for fitness and sauna. As a conference hotel, the villa is to offer the mixture of optimum working environment and relaxation in style. For this reason, the restored old building was extended with a modern extension and now offers a sauna and fitness experience with a high standard. The fitness room with solaria, changing rooms, WC's and showers is located on the ground floor, as si the bar extension with the winter garden. The walls of the winter garden incorporate the internal wall of the old building. On the upper floor, there is the rest room, sauna, steam bath, cold-water shower area, massage room and the room with the ice fountain. A sauna garden belongs to the sauna area. Both floors are accessible via a half-spiral staircase, which zones the outside space and is readable as a separate building component.
