Following the realisation of more than 190 leisure complex projects and numerous competitive successes, we know what is required. This figure is proof of our innovative strength and our consistency in the market. The reasons for this may also be due to the family tradition. However, it is most important for us to understand the requirements of our clients and to unite them with our high standard of excellent planning services.

When the architect Karl Krieger founded the Office of Architecture and Engineering in Velbert in 1932, he laid the foundations for a striving business with more than 50 employees. In 1950, Dr.-Ing. Friedhelm Krieger took over the offices from his father and even today as a senior partner is still a valuable advisor to the planning offices. In 1989, Michael Krieger entered the Velbert office as a partner and now directs the business as the sole executive shareholder. Nowadays the key to our lasting success is perhaps more than ever to be found in our name. We are architects and engineers! This combination is our credo and the driving force behind our work.

In the course of time, the tasks set by our predominantly municipal clients have changed fundamentally. We are able to make out the following central requirements on the customer side. Firstly, security of planning: The framework of municipal tasks and economic restrictions calls for a multitude of critical decisions, which are difficult to make without expert preparation and support.
