The unusual combination of technical materials with numerous plants, earth tones and views of Nature becomes a special experience for both the customers and the employees. The Sparkasse building highlights the fact that man’s desire for interior comfort can be combined with the aesthetics of modern architecture. The choice of materials and the interior décor puts its stake in the agreeable effect of Nature. Numerous plants and an extensively vegetated roof bring a piece of Nature into the already transparent construction of the customer hall. The abundance of light falling in from above allows the plants their existence. They accompany the customers on their journey and take over the function of the partition walls and privacy screens that are usually commonplace. The whole of this is supported by a row of windows in the roof and the corresponding floor coverings, which guide the customers through the Sparkasse.
